Perfect for serving in a fish pie or a rich, tomato-based curry, hake is a firm, white fish with a mild, sweet flavour. In this larger pack, you’ll get four fillets, sustainably and responsibly sourced by our trusted partners from either Cornwall or the Irish/North Sea. From Cornwall, they will either be gill or fixed netted and have an MCS rating of 1. When caught in the Irish/North Sea, they will be pelagic/demersal otter trawled and have an MCS rating of 2. Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
